What is the commitment requirement for each subscription?

All Elect Kinetiq subscriptions require a 3-month commitment. This ensures consistency, accountability, and enough time for clients to see measurable progress and lasting results.

Can I change my subscription type if my needs change?

Yes. After the initial 3-month commitment, you can transition to another subscription tier that better fits your evolving goals. We’ll help you choose the option that keeps you progressing with purpose.

Can I make up missed sessions?

Because subscriptions are billed as a flat monthly fee, make-ups are not generally available. With at least 24-hour notice, sessions may be rescheduled within the same month. Trainer-cancelled sessions may be rolled over to the following month if a substitute trainer is not available.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?

Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24-hour notice. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will count as a completed session.

Are unused sessions rolled over to the next month?

Only trainer-cancelled sessions may be rolled over into the following month if requested. Client-cancelled or unused sessions do not roll over and are non-refundable.

What is the cancellation and refund policy for subscriptions?

During the Initial 3-Month Commitment Period:

  • Cancel within the first 30 days (if paid in full) → Eligible for a 50% refund of the total subscription cost.
  • After 30 days → No refunds will be issued.

After the Commitment Period:

  • You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for unused sessions. Subscription benefits remain available until the end of the current billing month.
What if my trainer is unavailable due to travel or illness?

If your trainer is unavailable, a substitute may cover your session. If no substitute is available, you may request a rollover for that session into the following month.

What happens in the first session?
Your first session begins with a comprehensive movement assessment, posture and mobility screening, and a 3D body scan. These tools help us establish your baseline and identify key areas of focus. From there, we’ll map out your personalized training roadmap and begin building a program tailored to your goals and needs.
Where are sessions available?

Elect Kinetiq offers training at multiple convenient locations:

  • EVO Gym (Indoor) – 6505 W Park Blvd #200, Plano, TX 75093
  • McKinney Corporate Center Fitness Park (Outdoor) – 7830 Van Tuyl Pkwy, McKinney, TX 75075
  • Bonnie Wenk Park Fitness Court (Outdoor) – 2996 Virginia Pkwy, McKinney, TX 75071
  • Spirit Park (Outdoor) – 1151 Ridgeview Dr, Allen, TX 75013

We also service apartment community gyms, allowing residents to train directly in their own fitness facilities (availability varies by property).

What training times are available?

EVO Gym (Plano): Training hours are currently available on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5/6/7 AM or 6/7/8 PM.

How do I stay connected between sessions?

Clients receive access to a Everfit app where workouts, progress, and notes are logged. You can also communicate directly with your coach for accountability, adjustments, or questions between sessions.

What’s the difference between a subscription and a package?
  • Subscription → A recurring monthly plan with a lower per-session rate,
    designed for consistency and accountability.
  • Package → A prepaid option with a higher per-session rate, offering flexibility for clients with unpredictable schedules (10-session minimum to be used over 3 months).
How soon will I see results?

Most clients begin to feel noticeable improvements in energy, mobility, and confidence within the first few weeks. With consistent training and nutrition guidance, measurable strength and performance gains typically appear within 12 weeks.
